Customer Reviews
Quick for a kids book
Needed a children's book. Found it easily. Delivery took 5 days to reach Melbourne. No issues, book arrived in good shape. Simple order, simple delivery.
Always reliable for books
I ordered a few non-fiction bestsellers again, and like clockwork, they arrived within a week. It's the same dependable service I've come to expect. My last order, a couple of graphic novels, also came quickly. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting. Consistency is key with online shopping.
Got my jigsaw puzzle fast
So I was looking for a new jigsaw puzzle for the weekend and found one on Dymocks. It was pretty easy to find what I wanted. Placed the order, and it got here in like, four days, maybe five, to Brisbane. No drama, just got my puzzle. Felt good to finally start it.
Good for gifts, delivery okay
I bought a boxed set of fantasy novels as a gift last month. The selection was great, and the price was decent, especially with the Booklover discount. The books themselves were in perfect condition. Shipping took about six business days to get to Perth, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but it still arrived in time. I used their click and collect once for a study guide, and that was much faster. Overall, a solid experience, but they could probably speed up standard delivery a tad.
Good value on fiction
I was looking for some new release fiction and saw they had a 20% off deal going. With free shipping over $99, I decided to stock up. Ended up getting three books that were on my list for a good price. It felt like I got a pretty good deal compared to other places I checked online. The order came well-packaged too. Definitely worth it for my budget.

Thinking of joining the Booklover program. Is it worth it, or do the points expire too quickly to really build up?
i bought a book online but it's not quite what i wanted. can I return it to my local Dymocks store, or do I have to post it back?
Does Dymocks price match if I find a book cheaper at, say, QBD or Angus & Robertson?
Hey, thinking of ordering a bunch of books for my kids from Dymocks. Does anyone know how long delivery usually takes to, say, Perth?
Anyone know if Dymocks does a student discount? Need some textbooks and every dollar counts!
